You may cancel your consulting engagement within 14 days of the initial consultation for a full refund, provided no personalized materials or strategies have been delivered. For ongoing consulting packages, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to help@flixeronvomrelon.world.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Partial refunds may be issued for multi-session packages based on services already delivered. Digital materials and proprietary frameworks provided during consultations are non-refundable once accessed.
If you are not satisfied with your current consulting package, flixeronvomrelon offers the option to modify your service plan. We can adjust the scope, frequency, or focus of consultations to better meet your needs. Contact us to discuss alternative arrangements that may better serve your time management goals.
Certain services are non-refundable, including completed one-time consultations, custom strategy documents already delivered, recorded coaching sessions, and workshop or speaking engagement fees. These services represent completed work and intellectual property transfer.
We encourage clients to communicate concerns directly with flixeronvomrelon before pursuing formal dispute resolution. Most issues can be resolved through open dialogue and service adjustments. For unresolved disputes, we agree to good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation in Bossier City, Louisiana.
